Kramer Datapower, Inc., is a full service power quality provider. We provide remedial and preventive maintenance contracts on all brands of power quality products and systems including UPS, batteries and engine generators.   We also provide complete maintenance services on building electrical infrastructure including transformers, breakers, switchgear and distribution.  

Most OEM service providers only service the products they manufacture.   Kramer Datapower, Inc., specializes in providing multi-vendor service.   We provide our customers with a single source of responsibility for all of their power quality and electrical systems maintenance.

Kramer Datapower, Inc., has a representative agreement with Unified Power USA. Unified Power USA provides remedial and PM services on all brands of UPS and DC systems.   They employ a  fully trained staff of customer engineers servicing Northern Illinois, Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, Northwestern Indiana and beyond. 
Unified Power USA maintains a Chicago based stock of spare parts with next flight out back-up from their Terrell, TX headquarters.  

Kramer Datapower, Inc., offers the following services in addition to UPS maintenance:
